Gavin Fannin is a Senior at Elliott County High School this year. It has been such a pleasure getting to know he and his family. For his senior session, we visited the home of someone who was very dear to Gavin. As we explored his grandmother's house he shared with me some of his memories of her and let me see just a glimpse of how much this special lady meant to him. The final pictures of the session were in memory of his grandmother and I am so glad that we were able to visit such a wonderful place for this session. On Saturday Kentucky Christian University's Men's Soccer team earned their way to the National Tournament with a regional win over Johnson University with a final score of 3-0. Several KCU player's were named to the Second and First All-Region Teams. Senior Captain John "Jack" Ham was awarded the Regional Player of the year and Coach Jeremy Miller was named coach of the year. Watching the boys' faces light up as they cheered their teammates on and seeing just how well this team plays together made this day one worth remembering; it also confirmed that this team is definitely a family.
